Ours is a culinary adventure born in 2010 in the heart of Liguria.
We see each restaurant as a unique story of style and passion, all with the same goal: to share special moments with each customer.
The Margunaira restaurant, taken over by Elio Pacella in 2009, was just the beginning of an extraordinary journey.
In 2015, the Amadora restaurant in Ventimiglia began a series of successes, followed by new openings in Sanremo and Bordighera, even in the midst of a pandemic.
Innovators of the soul, in 2021 we ploughed the waves with Ristorante Palosanto in Porto Cala del Forte and in 2022 we took the helm of the Bar Ristorante Bagni Azzurri in Sanremo.
April 2023 saw the triumphant opening of the fourth Amadora restaurant in Arma di Taggia.
